I’ve spent my entire professional career, beginning in 2002, representing creditors and debtors in all aspects of bankruptcy cases, Wisconsin Chapter 128 receiverships, and Wisconsin state court collections. I also regularly advise owners of financially distressed companies regarding reorganization and workout options, as well as personal liability management. My creditor clients include banks, commercial landlords, leasing companies, manufacturers, vehicle finance companies, equity owners, and unsecured creditor committees.
